Thank you for the detailed walk through. I have tried both listed options, but it still ended up the same result. I even used the online repair and rebuild index, but result remains the same. After trying all the steps, it still did not make Outlook ‘s search work as normally will.

Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community. Hi Community, I have been looking around a few posts trying to find the solution to solve the problem which is going on at the moment, but so far, after trying a few steps, the issue still persists.
Situation: Same as some others, the search function for my Outlook on Win10 computer started to have issues since that June update which people were discussing about.

After I created the new profile uncached, offline search works fine.
Deleting the caches and tuning on cached mode for 1 month also does not work. I am using the new Office with domain registrars through 1and1, so my outlook configuration required a manual addition to my lmhosts file to setup.
Otherwise my setup is pretty stock. Turning off cached mode is not an option. If I wanted to search all my email online I would use my phone.
